hahahaha the look on my brother and dads faces when they ate a huge mouthful was priceless! My brother ended up liking it and eating it all though
1. 1km time trial: 5m50s (Intermediate) I missed out on advanced by 20 seconds :(
2. Push-ups in 1 min: 5 on toes, 37 on knees (Advanced)
3. Core: Level 4 (Advanced)
4. Wall sit: 1m36s (Intermediate)
5. Sit & Reach test: +11 (Advanced)
So to work out the exercise program to follow you average out your results (on the website it says to only use the time trial, push ups and core scores) I scored 2 advanced and 1 intermediate for those which puts me in the Advanced group :) woohoo!

I’m really upset that he isn’t being supportive - am I being silly or would you guys be upset if your boyfriend (who last week said my weight is coming between our relationship and that he would support me) won’t even make the 1 minute drive to your house to take some photos of you in your bathers?
Not even going to post my intake for the past 3 days because it is just overload of crap food and no exercise. I now understand what Michelle Bridges means when she says “Don’t let your inner teenager rule the roost on the weekend” because this is what happened! On Friday and Saturday I had my 16 year old cousin down for a football match because he lives about 1.5hrs from Melbourne so I basically ate like a teenager for those days and today I have been sick so I’ve just eaten what my dad has made me which is not very nutritious.
I haven’t exercised since Thursday as I’ve had a cold/flu thing going on and I want to be better before the 12wbt starts which is in 7 DAYS! From facebook/the 12wbt website what I gather is that tomorrow the fitness test pre season task is unlocked which helps determine which exercise program to follow (I’m hoping advanced lean & fit) and the on Thursday we weigh in, take measurements and ‘before’ pictures so this is an exciting week!

So todays intake was pretty much the same as yesterday except I slept in until 11 so didn’t eat breakfast and as a result I was so hungry when I got home from the gym that I went on a vegan brownie rampage (oops..) and I also ate out for lunch and it was a big serving so I’m thinking it was more like having 3 slices of bread instead of two.
